We provide house cleaning services with excellence for the following cities:  – Beaumont, Bloomington, Calimesa, Chino Hills, Colton, Corona, Eastvale, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Highland Hills, Jurupa Valley, Loma Linda, Montclair, Moreno Valley, Norco, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Rialto, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Jacinto, Upland, Yucaipa. We do service cities outside those listed above but an additional travel fee may be applied to your service.

Our hours of operation are from 8:00am to 6:00pm,  We are open for business We are open seven days a week as well as many holidays! We know your cleaning needs may need to be met within a short period of time, thus we try to be available to our customers as much as possible.

Simply fill out the instant quote form. The more accurate the information you input the more accurate your quote will be. Once you submit a work request we will contact you within one hour to confirm your appointment.  Our system will take your credit card informtaion and you will be billed on the day of service. We will  also send you an appointment reminder two days prior to your service. If you need to cancel your appointment, just let us know and we can work with your adjusted schedule.

You don’t have to be home while we clean, so long as you give us instructions of how you would like us to enter and exit your home.  If you have specific instructions please let us know while filling out your information to book service. We will always make sure your home look spectacular and that everything is locked and secured upon leaving your home.

Matters Of Security Questions

You can be home or not while we perform our service, it’s just up to your preference.  For ongoing service if you are not able to be home for the recurring cleanings we make a plan with you of how to securely enter and exit your home.

Without a doubt! We always background check our employees for your safety and security.

We aim to carry out our cleaning service with complete awareness and mindfulness of your possessions. In the event an accident could occur we do carry liability insurance for your protection. If you do have any expensive items or those that have sentimental value and are fragile we suggest keeping these in a safe area during cleaning services.

While your cleaning occurs everything gets cleaned and dusted so many items are being handled due to the nature of the cleaning. While being as careful as possible accidents are still a possibility, If any damage or loss occurs and we have not addressed it first please notify us within 48 hours and we will do our best to make things right,

Other Cleaning Questions

Moving in or moving out are both stressful events and you may be responsible for both cleanings adding even more stress.  Whether you need the house clean to put on the market or moved into a filthy home and need it cleaned up fast we can handle all of your needs.

A move in/move out clean includes everything a Deep Clean includes plus interior cabinets, and interior appliances.

This cleaning does not include interior walls and window cleaning.

Billing Questions

We do not accept cash or check. All payments can be processed through major credit card or debit cards.

To secure a cleaning on the schedule at the time of booking our system will place your card on file.  The day before service the funds will be go pending and the day of the service your card will be charged.

If you need to reschedule your service just let us know and we can accommodate you. If you cancel without notification 24 hours prior to service a $35 cancellation fee will be charged to your card.

We do not require nor ask for tips when we provide service to you. If you are exceptionally delighted with our service and desire to leave a tip you may through our square payments once cleaning is complete.

Once work is completed we ask that you check to see if everything is to your expectations. If something isn’t right we will stay longer to make things right or even schedule another day to correct any issues.  We do not offer refunds but we will do all that we can resolve any issues that may arise.
